Under the ANALOG Back Panel, there are 5 audio ports as follow: Orange = center/subwoofer speaker out, Gray = Line Out, Blue= Line In, Green = Front Speaker Out, and Pink = Mic InĬhange the Gray connector to Rear Speaker Out instead of Line Out. On the right, you will see Connector Retasking.

I installed the Realtek Audio Control interface as mentioned by bigdave. Upon rebooting the computer, I installed the latest drivers but there was still no sound for the rear audio output. I plugged my speaker cable back to the rear audio output behind my PC. Now that I know my speaker is working fine, I downloaded the latest drivers from Gigabyte z390and uninstalled the Realtek drivers from the Device Manager. Then I plugged the speaker wire to the front audio output port on my tower and the sound was working. I checked the speaker connection and everything was correct. I build my PC back in December and the rear audio output jack was working fine until last week when all of a sudden there was no sound. SOLUTION: Z390 AORUS PRO WIFI NO SOUND FROM REAR AUDIO JACK.
